Current demand continues to exceed our capacity, therefore at times we need to pause access to medical requests on Patient Triage. We are continuously reviewing the situation and working on improving the services we provide.

The admin request option is available for admin-related queries only, such as sick notes, test results, and prescription requests. Please refrain from submitting medical requests through the admin option when medical requests are paused on Patient Triage
