How to use the website

To navigate the webite, you can use the tabs down the left hand side of the webpage to select the page that you would like to view.

Some tabs will extend to show you a number of other pages available to view e.g hovering over the 'Our Practice' tab will allow you to view pages such as 'Meet the Staff' and 'Patient Information'.

Alternatively, you can select the main page which will provide you with links to each page within that section e.g left clicking 'Our Practice' will take you to a list of links to 'Meet the Staff' and 'Patient Information' - left clicking these links will then take you to your selected page.

Green Health Enterprise

Based in Shipley Park, their aim is to provide opportunities for increased social contact, help sustain emotional wellbeing, improve physical health, help communities and improve the natural environment.

The eligibility for being a volunteer:

People with mental health issues

People seeking to improve their physical health

People disadvantaged by age, disability, social isolation and unemployment

P3 - Social Inclusion Charity

Erewash Supported Housing

Support for people aged between 18-65 currently experiencing mental health and requiring up to 10 hours per week to maintain their accommodation and tenancy. There are 13 units of individual accommodation including 2 two bed cottages and a two bed flat. The single occupancy units of accomodation include; 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and separate bathroom based in the central Ilkeston area. The two bed cottages include; 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, living room, separate bathroom and a small outside area, both based in the central Ilkeston area.

Aims of the Service

To provide support to enable people to gain confidence and self-esteem in order to reach their optimum potential through a structured support contract that focuses on budgeting, maintenance of accommodation, adhering to tenancy agreement and general living skills.

Erewash Shared Supported Housing

Long Eaton: A nine bed house offering communal living to single people experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems. The house is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and each resident has their own room with bed provided. The property is across three floors with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on each floor plus a further serparate toilet.

Aims of the Service

The primary aim of the service is to achieve and maintain stability with the community, encouraging individuals to move towards greater independence at a pace that is suitable and appropriate to them. Support focuses on practical such as cooking, budgeting, daily living skills and future accommodation needs and also work towards preventing unnecessary re-admissions to hospital.

Ilkeston: The service in Ilkeston comprises of two house providing a total on nine beds of communal accommodation to single people experiencing lower level mental health issues with high tenancy support needs

Aims of the Service

To support clients to maintain stability and gain confidence, to enable them to move on to independent living within P3 or in the community through local housing providers. Support will focus on the individuals needs and include practical things such as budgeting, shopping and cooking skills.

Floating Support

Providing tenancy support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties who live in their own homes

Aims of the Service

Floating support services offers advice, information and guidance on all aspects of tenancy sustainment, to enable individuals to maintain their accommodation to their full potential.
